TRANFERS: Airport – Lodge – airport included. Also for bus and hotel stay in the city. For early arrivals or late departures we have the house/office.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: The canoe leaves the city to the Lodge between 12pm and 1:30pm. We do not suggest booking the latest flight.
The departure from the Lodge to the city is 7:30am. The journey in canoe upriver is about one hour and a half.
We offer the service of later private transfer for an additional cost (ask for availability).

ROOM: It includes a body towel and hand towel, soap and toilet paper per person, a fan, warm water in shower, raid plug and coil to repel mosquitos. The cabins are well sealed in to avoid entrance of any insect but mosquito nets are available upon request.


ENERGY: We use a gasoline generator that is turned on during the following hours: one hour before breakfast. From 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. From 5:30 pm to 10:30pm.)
Each room has a fan and outlets to charge batteries, cameras etc.
We please ask you to turn off the lights when leaving the room and unplug any chargers when not in use.
Please do not use electric devises like hair dryers or hair straighteners due to the excessive energy consumption.

WATER: We use river water that is pumped to sedimentation tanks and purified. For precaution we recommend not drinking tap water. SAVE WATER AND USE IT WISELY

WARM WATER: Under your room there is a gas heater for you to have warm water in the shower. Please notify the staff if there is a problem with it or if you prefer cold water.

DRINKING WATER: You have a complimentary pitcher of water in the room upon your arrival as well as a water cooler for refills at the main house. We also sell bottled water at the Bar.

SHEETS AND TOWELS: We only change them upon your request. To help us save water please advise the staff the next morning only if you need sheets or towel change.

MEALS:  The food consists of a variety of typical regional and national plates prepared with local products and from our own orchard. We offer an established menu consisting of a first course, second course, dessert and natural fruit juices.
Breakfast is served 1 hour before your scheduled activity. Lunch is served at 1:00pm. Dinner is served at 8pm. You will find the daily menu printed at the dining room. Please let us know in advance if you have any food restrictions. We do offer a special menu according to dietary requirements.

COMMUNICATION: We are happy to say that we do not have telephone or internet access at the Lodge so you are able to disconnect yourself from the routine and enjoy the peace of nature. There is a spot where we get signal in case of emergencies (Claro company)

FOOTWEAR: Around the Lodge: We recommend you wear hiking boots, sneakers or any closed shoes. Inside Main House and your room: We please ask you to take off any footwear, you can be barefoot, wear socks or sandals/flip-flops. In the jungle: We recommend wearing hiking boots or rubber boots. We have a variety of sizes to lend you at the Lodge or you can bring your own if you prefer. NOTE: It is possible we donot have all sizes.

WASTE MANAGEMENT: During your stay please SEPARATE YOUR WASTE in the designated bins in your room and common areas  AND FOLLOW THE 3RS - reduce, reuse, and recycle.

LAUNDRY SERVICE: Please consult staff in regards to wash and dry service. There is a cost of USD 4.00 per kilo
